Shruti Abhyankar brings over a decade of intellectual property experience, specializing in design and utility patent drafting, prosecution, portfolio management, and strategic patent analysis.

Prior to joining Perpetual Motion Patents, Shruti worked with top-tier intellectual property boutique law firms and in-house IP teams, assisting Fortune 500 companies and global innovators in protecting inventions across electrical, mechanical, telecommunications, computer-related technologies, consumer products, and the athleisure industry. She has extensive experience drafting and prosecuting design and utility patent applications, managing large patent portfolios, and developing strategies to protect technological innovations and product designs.

With a strong technical background and experience in U.S. and international patent practices, Shruti brings a strategic and practical approach to protecting innovation.

Shruti holds an M.S. in Electrical Engineering from The George Washington University and a B.E. in Electronics Engineering from the University of Mumbai.
